While Year 9 students are formally recognised as leaders of the Middle School, students at all year levels are given many opportunities to develop skills in responsible leadership.
With a focus on "servant leadership", all students are encouraged to see themselves as leaders, and to recognise that, at times, each of us is required to lead and, at other times, to support others in their leadership. In this model, leaders act as stewards who prioritise the needs of others and the organisation they serve. By being willing to undertake whatever duties their peers ask of them, girls are living the College motto of 'Crescam Ministrando'.
Middle School students take on a variety of leadership roles, including:
- Environment Representative
- Form Captain
- Middle School Committee
- Student Representative Council
- Social Justice Representative
- Sports Captain
- Vice Form Captain
- Year 9 Clan Representative
