As learning is a lifelong endeavour, our overarching objective is for a Seymour girl to be self-aware and reflective about her strengths and growth areas amongst the nine domains set out in our Learning Framework.
The five domains of the Seymour College Learning Framework articulate the mindsets and dispositions that our teachers, coaches and instructors wish to develop in each of our girls in their journey from the Early Years to Year 12:
Seymour College prides itself on the traditions and culture of the last 100 years that have shaped the College we have today.
Our focus is now, more than ever, on ensuring each child and the individual student needs are met. Classrooms of the 21st Century continue to grow in diversity and at Seymour we are passionate about providing an environment of high quality curriculum for all students that results in ‘excellence and equity of education’.
We are advocates for every type of learner, from those who are gifted and talented to those who are neurodivergent.
