Orientation
Please find below the forms that we require you to complete prior to your child's commencement at Seymour College. The majority of these forms can be completed online and by clicking on the submit button, they will then be returned to the Admissions Office.
You will already have received a Student Transfer Advice, Medical Form and Photography Permission Form with your invitation to Orientation, these forms have been included below as a back-up only. You do not need to complete them again.

- The College booklists will be available online through Campion Australia.
Note: Boarding students must tick the Boarder box when ordering to ensure that their order is delivered directly to the College Boarding House.
- Information regarding second-hand book purchases will be forwarded in early November.
- Information regarding the payment of fees will be made available in early December.

The Seymour College Buzz Book
Each year the College publishes a Buzz Book, containing contact details for families who elect to be included. The purpose of the Buzz Book is to make it easier for Seymour families to make an initial contact with other families.
In line with privacy legislation, we can only publish your contact details if you give us permission to do so. It is very important that the contact information in the Buzz Book is not passed on to anyone else.
If you wish your contact details to be included in the Buzz Book, please notify Bec Carolan in the Development office rcarolan@seymour.sa.edu.au. Details to be included are: Student name and Year level, Parents' names, address(es) and telephone numbers including mobile phone numbers. We will also be including a primary email address for the first time in 2012.

Junior School
Application for Year 5 Rugby Tops* - for students entering Year 5 only. The Admissions Office will forward your completed form to the Junior School Office.
