Co-curriculum
Students are encouraged to enter competitions, such as the BHP Science and the Oliphant awards, and national or state competitions in Mathematics, English, Geography and Languages Other Than English. Seymour students often achieve outstanding results in these awards.

The extra-curricular program provides opportunities for private tuition in:
- Instrumental music
